About Jazzduets Products

I am constantly producing new content, classes and courses for Jazzduets. In order to stay up to date, you can sign up for my newsletter.

Or follow me on Youtube or Facebook; most products come with a promotional video and will be published on my social media.

I am sorry, but at this moment I do not offer Printed hard copies for the following reasons:


1) I live in Argentina and the mail/post is awfully slow and unreliable

2) Digital files can be updated (something I am constantly doing)

1) You will automatically be sent a download link once the order is complete - within a few minutes to the email address you inputted in to the https://jazzduets.com/system.


2) If you do not receive the link, check your spam folder, or log in to https://jazzduets.com/ to access the links. Please go to Jazzduets.com website and login or create an account.


3) The majority of mobile devices do not support the downloading and unzipping of .zip files so make sure you download the files to a laptop or desktop and then sync with your mobile device or iPad etc.


4) Your files will still be available to you even after you download. So you will never loose access to them!


5) Please be sure to input your correct email address in to the Jazzduets system for a smooth, rapid + happy experience!


6) All files are digital. There are no physical products associated with this purchase, no matter whether you enter shipping information due to paypal's user interface or not.

Downloads are provided by my partner Sky Pilot.

If you encounter video course access issues, check at courses.jazzduets.com with your login details you created.

Also, you can make an account using the same email address used at your Jazzduets purchase, and your purchased courses should show!

I separate the files for the following reasons:

1) Many people had problems opening zipped files on different devices - it was a nightmare for me and them!

2) I often update files and add new files to products. This way I can easily update just one smaller file and send you a mail about that one that you may or not want to download.

3) Many products come in different versions for Concert Bb, Eb and Bass instruments.Having the files separated means you can just download the version you need!

There is a download limit to 8 times to avoid piracy which is rife.

90% of the times this occurs it happens when clients
Have created 2 accounts with Jazzduets and are trying to
login to a second account with the password of the first
or vice versa.
It is imperative to check both accounts.
If you do not receive a password reset, you maybe checking the wrong email!

Hi there!

Unfortunately this is something that I am authorised to do.

1) Go to the log in page here:

https://jazzduets.com/account/login

2) In the lower right in red please click

Forgot your password?

This is where you confirm your email address where the password reset LINK will be sent.

3) Then you check the email address you entered

4) Click on the Jazzduets password reset link

5) Enter a password

You should be good to go!

If you receive an error message it is highly likely you entered an email address that is not associated with a Jazzduets account

or

The email is in the spam or junk folder!
